·Jiashiduo Optigear ™ BM series gear oil is a non solid additive gear oil containing micro rheological composite additives (MFT). Its design aims to reduce surface wear caused by tooth surface fatigue, pitting, peeling, scratching, or unevenness during the running in period and normal operation. Microflux Trans additives can greatly improve the smoothness of friction surfaces, reaching a level that cannot be achieved using normal machining processes and traditional extreme pressure lubricating oils. On the friction surface, polarized MFT composite additives can instantly form a passivation film on the friction surface before friction occurs. Under a certain load level, MFT additives can form a tough protective layer on the friction surface. Under heavy loads, the components of MFT composite additives are activated and diffuse below the surface, improving the friction characteristics of the friction surface through plastic deformation. The organic reaction products become a part of the frictional polymer system.
